11th November marks the beginning of Anti Bullying week and this year’s theme is ‘Choose Respect’.

Many children are still learning how to conduct themselves, and it can be difficult for them to know how to act when faced with someone who disagrees with them. It can also be tricky for parents and educators to teach them how to resolve their disputes in a mature and healthy manner.

Our School Council would like to say a huge thank you for all of the kind donations which will be shared with the West Northumberland Food Bank. This has been a community collection alongside other local schools, churches and businesses and we are so grateful for your generosity.

Well done to all of the children for delivering the most amazing Harvest assemblies both in school and along at church this afternoon. Reception class also had a wonderful stay and play session this morning.

Thank you for you ongoing and continued support. Have a lovely half term!

Well done all 👏

The children were all absolutely fantastic today! A fantastic collection too, with more to add from the church and community. Together we can make more of a difference!

The Book Fair will arrive in school after half term. The children will get the opportunity to have a first glimpse as soon as it has been set up and then books will be available to purchase after school from Thursday 7th November until Tuesday 12th November.

We would like to offer a ‘parents only’ session on Friday 8th November where you can pop in after you have dropped the children off in the morning and have a look at what is on offer without them. Perfect opportunity to get some Christmas gifts!
